Kids at Denver is the Children's Ministry of Church at Denver. Kids at Denver provides a safe and engaging environment where children can grow in their faith through fun, age-appropriate teaching and activities. Our goal is to help every child experience God’s love, build meaningful friendships, and develop a strong foundation for a lifelong walk with Jesus.

Our team will welcome you and your child, help you get checked in, and guide you to the right classroom. We make the transition smooth and comfortable for both parents and kids.

DURING SERVICE

Kids experience worship, Biblical teaching, and small group time in a fun and age-appropriate environment designed to help them understand and apply God’s Word.

PICK UP

For your child’s safety, we use a secure check-out process. A matching security tag is required for pick-up to ensure your child is released only to you.

2 & 3 YEAR OLDS

A fun and active class where kids begin worship, hear Bible stories, and engage through hands-on activities designed just for them.

The Barnacles Class is designed for 2 and 3 year olds, combining play, worship, and learning in an engaging environment. Children join Preschool Worship and Story Time, featuring Bible-based lessons, songs, and prayer tailored to their age. Afterward, they return to their classroom for snacks and play, often ending their morning with time on the playground.

BIRTH - 2 YEARS OLD

Safe, nurturing care for our youngest children through play, songs, and loving interaction in a calm, secure environment.

The Anchors Class is designed for babies and toddlers, providing a safe and nurturing environment for your youngest children. Through play, songs, stories, and care, we introduce even our littlest ones to the love of Christ. Our goal is to give parents peace of mind, knowing their child is cared for while they grow in their own relationship with God.

A fun and active class where kids begin worship, hear Bible stories, and engage through hands-on activities designed just for them.

The Buoys Class is designed for 4 year olds, combining play, worship, and learning in an engaging environment. Children join Preschool Worship and Story Time, featuring Bible-based lessons, songs, and prayer tailored to their age. Afterward, they return to their classroom for snacks and play, often ending their morning with time on the playground.

BRIDGE

Designed to prepare students for what’s next, this group focuses on connection, deeper conversations, and spiritual growth.

The Bridge is designed to help 5th and 6th grade students transition from Kids Ministry into Student Ministry. This environment introduces a more mature structure through worship, small groups, and teaching, while creating space for deeper conversations, connection, and spiritual growth.

3RD & 4TH GRADERS

A dynamic environment focused on deeper understanding, where kids learn to apply Biblical truth through teaching and discussion.

Captains is designed for 3rd & 4th grade students, offering a dynamic environment focused on deeper understanding & connection. Kids participate in worship, teaching, & small groups that encourage discussion & application. This stage helps students strengthen their faith, ask questions, & begin taking ownership of their relationship with Christ.

Kids build friendships while growing in their faith through worship, Bible teaching, and small group interaction.

Skippers is designed for 1st & 2nd grade students, creating a fun & welcoming environment where kids build friendships & grow in their faith. Each week includes games, worship, Bible teaching, & small group interaction. Through engaging activities & discussion, kids begin learning how to understand Scripture & apply Biblical truths to their everyday lives.

KINDERGARTEN

An engaging environment where kids experience worship, Bible teaching, and interactive activities that introduce foundational truths about God.

The First Mates Class is designed for Kindergarten, combining fun & foundational learning. Kids begin with games & coloring before joining Preschool Worship & Story Time. They watch engaging Bible videos during snack, reinforcing key truths in a meaningful way. Each class includes small group discussion & application, ending with play time often on the playground.

Does your child love to worship? Whether they enjoy singing, dancing, acting, or simply praising Jesus, we'd love for them to be part of our new Kids Worship Team!

This exciting new ministry is designed to help young believers grow in their faith through music, movement, and performance as they use their gifts to lead others in worship. Team members will help lead worship during AWANA each Wednesday night and will have additional opportunities to serve throughout the year.

The Kids Worship Team is open to kids in 3rd–8th grade, and no previous experience or special musical ability is required—just a willingness to learn, participate, and worship Jesus!
